Paula Deen our Georgia buttercup says “I love your artwork.”

GaLuWi, Inc. wanted to show Paula how much we love and admire her. So we sent her a few gifts. This included a specialty framed artwork titled "Three Angles," 28 smaller individual art pieces and a box of post card greetings. The most prized possession in the package was a Sterling Silver Butter Dish from England made in the early 1900‘s. Everyone knows how much she like butter.

We had the antique appraised at $500.00 dollars, but who can put a price on anything that has to do with butter?

Paula Deen is Our (GaLuWi, Inc.) American Hero.

Paula found herself at the age of 23 divorced single mother raising two young boys with $200 dollars to her name. She is one smart cookie, she took her God given talent, the ability to cook and did something wonderful with it. She would make sandwiches and other meals while her sons delivered the bagged lunches. This is how she became known as "The Bag Lady." She would have her sons deliver the food due to her agoraphobia (strong fear of public places).

We are inspired by her ability to overcome agoraphobia and starting a catering business with $200.00. Her burning desire, determination, inner strength is Amazing or as Pauls says it “I worked like a damn dog.”

We loved her statement on Oprah’s Life Lessons “I made a commitment to work and He blessed it, He blessed it.”

She is such a positive role model, charitable at heart and has overcome so many life obstacles while achieving great things. With a heart of gold, we think this makes her a beautiful person on the inside as well as on the outside.

Her ability to turn that $200 bag lunch business into a $20-million empire shows her burning determination to succeed. She shows us that dreams can come true with a hard work ethics and a strong determination.

She could have not summed it up any better on her outlook on life "Eat well & Laugh often!"

With all of her MILLIONS of Fans she takes the time to send a hand written Thank You Card to GaLuWi.
